"Published on Thursday 5 February 2004 11:54 THE CRUNCH decision on a planning application to build houses in the grounds of St Elphin's School has been delayed. Derbyshire Dales District Council was due to make a final decision at a planning meeting on Tuesday but the matter was deferred. District planner Paul Wilson said: "The decision was deferred because the applicants submitted a supplementary statement that some members did not receive. "The importance of the issue means they should be given time to consider the statement."
